Core records for common farm enterprises
The core records your farm operation needs
FuroTrack replaces the paper notebook, the WhatsApp group, and the spreadsheet with one connected farm record.
Know every animal's story
Scan a tag and see the recorded identity, weight, health, movement, cost, and market evidence in one screen.
Track what it's costing you
Feed cost per kilogram of gain. Medicine cost per batch. Profit per animal. See the numbers that determine whether you're making money.
Never miss a vaccine
Automated reminders before due dates. Withdrawal period timers. Cold-chain logs. Your herd stays protected and your records stay compliant.
Works offline in the field
The mobile app queues selected field records at the kraal, in the poultry house, or at the dam, then syncs when connectivity returns.
Sale-ready certificates
Issue a record-backed traceability certificate for an animal or batch. Buyers can open the public QR link without a FuroTrack login.
Your whole team, coordinated
Assign tasks to stockmen, managers, and vets. Track completion. See who's done what and what's still outstanding — from any device.
A farm day that runs on data
FuroTrack doesn't require a training course. It's designed around the way your farm already operates — replacing the friction, not the familiarity.
Try it on your farmOpen the dashboard
See today's urgent tasks, what's overdue, and which batches need attention. In 90 seconds.
Brief the team
Assign the day's tasks from your phone. Stockmen receive their work list instantly on the mobile app.
Field records in real time
Scan a tag, log a weight, record a vaccine. Three taps. No notebook. No re-entry later.
Review what happened
See what was completed, what was missed, and whether any animal or batch needs attention tomorrow.
Built around farm operating workflows
Start with the records you already need, then add modules as your operation matures.
Track each animal's identity, breed, weights, health events, movements, and market value from one profile instead of rebuilding the story from notebooks.

Owner workflow · Individual animal tracking
Health, weights, movements · Cattle & Goats

Mortality, feed, harvest · Broilers & Layers
Use roles, farm workspaces, assigned tasks, and record-backed certificates to coordinate daily work without giving every user access to every part of the system.

5 Signs Your Livestock Records Are Costing You Money
Paper records and memory aren't just inconvenient — they create invisible profit leaks on farms of every size. Here's how to spot the warning signs.
Feed Conversion Ratio: The Number That Determines Your Profit
FCR is the single most important performance number on a livestock or poultry farm. Understanding it — and improving it — is where real profit growth lives.
Staying Audit-Ready: What Every Farmer Needs to Know
Whether it's a government compliance visit, a buyer's third-party audit, or an export certification, your vaccination and treatment records are what open — or close — premium markets.
Common questions
If you don't see your question, get in touch.
Does FuroTrack work without internet?
The mobile app supports offline queueing for selected field actions such as weights, vaccinations, batch mortality, and task completion. Queued records sync when you reconnect. The web dashboard and fresh record lookup require connectivity.
How many animals can I manage?
The Starter plan supports up to 500 animals and 20 active batches. The Professional plan has no limit on animals or batches. If you're managing large-scale operations, contact us — we'll find the right configuration.
Can I manage multiple farms from one account?
Yes. FuroTrack supports multiple farm sites within a single organisation, with role-based access for owners, managers, and field staff. Co-operative and extension programme structures are configured as Enterprise deployments.
Does it support all livestock species?
FuroTrack supports common livestock and batch enterprises including cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, pigs, rabbits, fish, and mixed operations. Specialist modules add the records and KPIs relevant to enabled enterprise types.
Can buyers verify my records without a FuroTrack account?
Yes. A public traceability certificate generates a verification link and QR code. Your buyer scans the code or opens the link to see the public certificate evidence — origin, claim coverage, health and treatment records where included, withdrawal status, and integrity checks — without creating an account.
Your farm deserves better than a notebook.
Your data. Your farm. Start with the records that matter from day one.
