What happens after the trial workspace?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan or speak to the onboarding team. Your farm records remain tied to your workspace while the account is active.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can request a plan change as your record volume, modules, and team size change.
Are there setup or import fees?
Basic setup is self-service. Bulk animal import from spreadsheet is available, and complex Enterprise migration is scoped during onboarding.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual terms can be arranged during onboarding, especially for multi-site and Enterprise programmes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed during onboarding. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing.
