Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a FuroTrack account or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FuroTrack provides cloud-based farm management software, including animal and batch records, health tracking, feed management, financial summaries, and traceability certificate generation. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each subscription belongs to one farm business (tenant). You may invite team members with appropriate roles. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Enter false or fraudulent farm records
• Attempt to access another organisation's data
• Use the platform to generate misleading traceability certificates
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software
• Overload our systems through automated bulk requests

5. Data ownership

Your farm records belong to you. We do not claim ownership of data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it in order to deliver the service. On account closure you may request a full export before deletion.

6. Traceability certificates

Certificates issued through FuroTrack reflect the records you have entered. You are responsible for the accuracy of the underlying data. FuroTrack provides the integrity infrastructure — not an independent audit of your farm.

7. Subscription and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. We will give 30 days' notice of price changes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of a billing dispute raised in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

FuroTrack is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the fees you paid us in that year.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice for serious breaches. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
